2014 Vigorous Viognier
Produced from our estate grown grapes in the most southern part of the Similkameen River Valley, our Vigorous Viognier is a product of pure love. Its lip-smacking freshness is bursting with concentrated notes of honeysuckle, stone fruit, and aromatic jasmine. Naturally fermented to capture the subtle flavors, this lush and textured wine pairs well with spicy Italian delicacies and rich, creamy seafood dishes.
2017 Rejuvenation Red
A co-fermented blend of Cabernet Franc,
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this dark, ruby red wine is made with a traditional old world flair, spending 36 months ageing in Oak Barrels. Full bodied and robust, this small lot wine is perfect company to a hardy meal, dark chocolate, or simply by itself at the end of a good day.
2019 Cabernet Franc is a full-bodied and complex Cabernet Franc with rich, velvety tannins and flavors of ripe plum and blackberry. The long lingering finish with hints of black licorice and cherry adds depth and character to the wine.
Cabernet franc is a classic red wine grape that pairs well with grilled meats and cheese, so this wine would be a great choice to enjoy with a meal or as an accompaniment to a cheese platter.
2019 Grateful Viognier is a full-bodied white wine with a complex flavor profile and aromatic character. The flavors and aromas of apricot, tangerine, almond, honeysuckle, and vanilla make for a fresh and perfumed wine that would be enjoyable to swirl and sip.
The late fall harvesting and barrel aging in neutral French oak contribute to the wine's depth and complexity.
2022 Grateful Cab Franc Rose’ is fresh and peppery, with a simple yet elegant character. It is a light and refreshing wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes with little skin contact, resulting in a light pink or rose color.
The 2022 Cab Franc Rose' will be a great choice for a refreshing and light wine to enjoy on a warm summer's day.
2021 Grateful Viognier is a dry and aromatic white wine with fresh and concentrated flavors of honeysuckle, jasmine, and peaches. The natural fermentation process helps to capture the subtle flavors of the wine.
The wine pairs well with spicy dishes like butter chicken and rich seafood; it's also a great accompaniment with a variety of pungent cheese.
